From the High Andes,  these energetic transmissions come direct from Pachamama (Mother Earth), and the  Q'ero and Rainbow lineages from Peru in which I have been initiated. 

In the Mesa tradition (also known as a medicine bundle or personal altar), crystal cuyas (sacred stones) are blessed and linked to Mother Earth, Mountain Beings of Light, the Grand Central Sun, Animal Allies, Star Goddesses, Ancestral Vortexes of Light - and their energies can be sent to you via centering and the breath. 

• Beginning with  a centering meditation, we discern together which will serve you (a clearing, transmission or both).  
• And work with the Mesa to clear your energy field of hucha (heavy energy).  Or discern which sacred energies  to transmit to you. 
• Via the breath, and the mesa, beautiful sami (refined) energies are sent
• And your job is to feel into, to notice what happens in your body and your emotions as you receive the energetic/shamanic attunement.
•  Reflection time focused on your process happens  afterwards.
